My wife and I hired TruCare Painters for interior painting, exterior painting, and cabinet painting the whole process was a five-star experience all the way. We heard they were really great from friends of ours and could paint quickly as we were heading out of town and wanted to come home to everything done. They didn't disappoint . I booked the estimate easily through their website, and they showed up on time and completed everything in about 15 minutes. The estimate was clearly broken down, very fair compared to other licensed and insured painting contractors in the area, and I was able to schedule my project the same day. The crew arrived on time every day, worked clean, and did an amazing job. The attention to detail was impressive. They painted our entire interior, kitchen cabinets, front porch, and back deck, and everything looks brand new. They were also able to get me a great discount on paint through their supplier. I'm super happy with the results and would definitely recommend TruCare Painters to anyone looking for a reliable, professional painter in the Fountain Inn or Greenville area.

We recently hired TruCare Painters to paint the interior of our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. TruCare Painters took the time to understand exactly what we envisioned. They offered helpful suggestions regarding color choices and finishes and patiently answered all our questions. Their quote was clear and comprehensive, with no hidden surprises. The crew arrived on time each day and worked diligently, always maintaining a clean and organized work environment. They were respectful of our home and belongings, taking great care to protect furniture and floors. The quality of their work is outstanding. The paint job is flawless – smooth, even coverage with crisp lines. They clearly take pride in their work. Beyond the excellent painting job, TruCare Painters communicated effectively throughout the entire process. They kept us updated on their progress and were readily available to address any concerns. They finished the job on schedule and within the agreed-upon budget. I highly recommend TruCare Painters for any interior painting project. They are reliable, professional, and deliver exceptional results. They transformed our house into a beautiful and welcoming home, and I would definitely hire them again.

We couldn’t received better service! We were provided free painting consultation and pricing. In addition, Rich assisted with paint samples which we were considering for our home. This provided us with the best choice for what we wanted. The painters were prompt and worked tirelessly to finish the project in a days time. They were attentive and considerate of protecting personal valuables and work clean-up. Very professional!!!

Rich's crew handled the paint and trim near Pelham Rd in Greenville at a property we were also working in. Not only did they do a tremendous job with the interior painting, but his crew was friendly, professional, and the homeowner had nothing but great things to say. We come across a lot of other tradesman and crews, and it's easy to spot the professionals who care from the others. TruCare Painters earns every star in this five star review.

TruCare did an outstanding job with our interior painting project! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Rich came out to provide a quote and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He and his team were not only highly skilled, but also kind and respectful—always keeping our home clean during and after the work. They even removed and reinstalled our blinds for us, and went above and beyond by repairing a water stain on our ceiling. The finished paint job looks incredible—our home now feels fresh, bright, and absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend TruCare for any painting project. (Included a few pictures of one of the spaces).

Wow. What a wonderful experience! From start to finish, my project was a breeze. Rich made the process super easy and scheduled my project very quickly. I appreciate how much communication he gives, and his flexibility with working in my budget. The crew worked fast, and the work itself was absolutely beautiful! I had a very difficult, dark paint color throughout my downstairs that we turned back to a neutral tone. Rich was able to find a really great paint to fit the criteria for maximum coverage. I’d recommend them to anyone over and over. By the end of the job, the crew felt like part of our family. This is who you want for the job.

TruCare painters were absolutely wonderful. The owner, Rich Bardy was so easy to work with. He is very attentive to detail and wants the customer to be happy with all they do. His crew was great and always went the extra mile to be sure we were completely satisfied. We have a solid wood front door that had dried out and faded because of the sun. Jose and his crew sanded it down to the natural wood and applied a new coat of stain and now the door looks brand new again. Very satisfied with this company. I would highly recommend them for any painting or refinishing job that you have. We will definitely use them again.

I have been wanting the exterior of the house painted for several years, but I could not find a painter I trusted until I met Rich Bardy with TruCare Painters. Simpsonville, SC has a lot of people who advertise they paint, but no one review inspired my confidence. I ran across a Facebook posting for TruCare Painters, and the more I read, the more impressed I became. We had three contractors quote the job, but no one listened to what we wanted as carefully as Rich. His quote was detailed enough to demonstrate he heard us and could see our vision. There was no question - we went with TruCare and do not regret it. The painters, Oscar and Roberto, were extremely detailed. They repaired rot on the porch trim, painted my porch ceiling “haint”blue, and totally changed the curb appeal of our house with the perfect colors. We went with Sherwin Williams Artichoke green for the house and Urban Bronze for the shutters. Oscar annd Roberto even painted my front door to match. Changing the exterior paint makes me feel like I live in a whole new house. Thank you TruCare Painters.

Rich delivered exactly what he promised. His crew was professional and efficient. We chose true care to paint the entire interior of a 5k square foot home. In addition they painted kitchen cabinets, closets and the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Rich assisted with color choices and texture recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend True Care and his team to anyone.

I would highly recommend the service with Tru Care… They went above and beyond in our new home. Affordable rates and high level work hard to find that combo anywhere. We hired TruCare to complete our home project of wallpaper removal, priming and paint after we fired the original paint contractor who started the project. True Care stepped in and corrected the first contractors mistakes and short cuts. They did an amazing job with everything. From protecting the floors and trim, removing the remaining wallpaper to repairing the walls then priming and lastly painting. They completed 2100 sq ft with an additional 300 sq ft in the sun room all in 4 days, which was amaazing and a blessing. I cant say enough about Rich from TruCae. He was on the phome with me multiple times on a sunday to answer all our questions. I strongly recommend TruCare. They delivered everything they promised, at a good price and in record time. Thank you Rich and all the staff at TruCare. Here are some before and after pic.

I recently hired TruCare Painters for a painting project, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the worker demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency. Every surface was meticulously prepared, and the precision in his brushwork and edging was second to none. He took the time to protect our furnishings and floors, ensuring a clean and tidy workspace throughout the entire job. What truly stood out was his eye for detail—he didn’t miss a single spot or imperfection, and the finish is flawless. In addition to the outstanding craftsmanship, the project was completed on time without ever feeling rushed. Communication was clear, and they were respectful, punctual, and courteous at every step. I highly recommend TruCare Painting to anyone seeking high-quality painting services. Their dedication to excellence is rare, and I’ll certainly be calling them again for future projects.

This is our second experience with TruCare Painters, Fountain Inn SC. We needed our 35 x 10 back deck/covered porch stained/painted… We were given excellent service and customer care. Job was complete within the timeframe given, property was respected, painter cleaned up after himself and communicated every step of the project. We will use TruCare Painters again!

Rich and his team were very responsive and able to work with our scheduling needs, all for a very reasonable price. They arrived on-time, kept in communication throughout the project, were respectful of our home, and did great work. Our DIY cabinet project quickly went from exciting to a complete mess 😅 We thought we could handle it ourselves, but it turns out cabinets had other plans. When I started looking for help, there were a few options, but this company really stood out not just because of the reviews, but because people consistently mentioned great communication and someone who actually cares about the issue more than just getting paid. We decided to hire them, and we quickly saw that the reviews were true. He really went above and beyond, handled everything professionally, and fixed all our DIY mistakes without any judgment. He’s also a great communicator, especially compared to other contractors we’ve dealt with he was quick to respond and quick to get things moving, while with others we usually had to chase messages and follow up multiple times. Now our cabinets are completely brought back to life they look brand new. His team was also amazing throughout the process, and everything was done in just a couple of days✨️

Rich and his crew are all stars in my book. They were recommended on FB in a group - I'm always a bit hesitant on utilizing a contractor that I haven't had previous experience with - but dang! They were incredibly professional, on time, cleaned up behind themselves - and the quality of work was fantastic. Would gladly use them again!

TrueCare Painters in our eyes are consider A-plus. They have a team that is willing to go over and above. And the job was exactly to our liking. When we first hired them we agreed to finishing within a week. And they helped us out and actually finished in 4 days. Rich and his team were very nice and helpful. Thank you all for all your hardware and caring. I uploaded just a couple photos, but the photos do not do it justice.

We hired TruCare Painters for an interior paint job of our living room and stairwell. The process from start to finish was simple, easy, and customer focused. Rich helped us get scheduled and communicated effectively about our expectations. He got us our quote and our paint date quickly and checked in throughout the process. Jose and his team did a fantastic job and were so professional the entire time. The paint job itself was flawless and looks amazing. Rich checked back in after the job was done and made the invoice process so easy. It was all around an incredible experience and I would recommend TruCare Painters to anyone looking for a professional job.

Excellent experience with TruCare Painters - fair quotes & great quality work. They were on time & completed the project in a timely manner. They painted one of our ceilings Tricorn Black from a pine base then painted some yellow toned ceiling beams a beautiful Sandbar. We’ll be using them again for future projects for sure.

The job was very well done from beginning to end. I was thoroughly impressed with the prep work they do before painting. There was a hiccup with the paint color in 1 room but it was handled promptly and professionally. They left my home in perfect condition. No leftover mess and all furniture was properly placed. Would definitely use again.

Working with TruCare was absolutely seamless. From the initial walkthrough, the quote, and then mapping out the project, Rich and Mike were extremely professional and experts in their field. We gave a pretty short notice for wanting to start our project and TruCare was able to accommodate. Most importantly, the pricing was a lot less than expected especially knowing how several contractors in the Greenville/Simpsonville area overcharge. We’ve seen quotes 3x what TruCare charged. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service and overall a great experience! The work truly speaks for itself.

I could not have had a better experience. Very prompt in responding to questions. Dependable and wants it done right. They painted my entire 2 story house within 2 weeks which included the prepping, caulking, and fixing areas that needed repair. He was very thorough. I recommend Trucare Painters you can thank me later. They are truly the best.

Doing what you say you will do, when you say you will do it, and the price you say you will do it for, is a standard that all businesses should live by. TruCare Painters do exactly that. Oscar and Roberto worked tirelessly to make sure I had the outcome I wanted. They welcomed another set of eyes and never hesitated to touch up if needed. They covered everything and it was cleaner when they left than it was when they got there. They were always going the extra mile for the customer. An added plus was that they always had a smile on their face. Wish I had more work so I could welcome them back. Sarah Cooper

I just moved to Taylors SC and found TruCare Painters online. I filled out the form online to get a quote for some interior painting after reading the excellent reviews. Rich called that evening to see what I wanted done. We set a date for an estimate and he showed up on time. He measured and asked a lot of questions about the work we wanted to have done - things we just didn’t think of, like including the trim. I was so glad he asked about that because I was just thinking about the paint color on the walls. The house needs some updating and fresh paint. He came back a few days later with samples to put on the walls so we could be sure of the colors. Oscar & Roberto showed up to do the painting on time and did a wonderful job! We are so impressed. They worked quickly, efficiently and paid attention to the details. They cleaned everything up before they left. I will not hesitate to call them again! Our new to us house looks amazing!

Excellent company! Strongly recommended We requested a quote for a large project in our house in Greer, South Carolina We received the quote right away, accepted electronically and were scheduled promptly. The team did a great job especially with the accent walls (brown and black) we got perfectly straight lines. We are very happy with the results, so much that we are also painting the outside structure of our backyard. We highly recommend Tru Care Painters. Thank you Rich and his whole team!!

I recently hired TruCare Painters to paint every room in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the initial walk-through, Rich stood out with his professionalism and deep knowledge of paints and finishes. He took the time to explain what each room needed and even offered thoughtful input on paint types and color selection. His communication was excellent — providing daily updates on progress and keeping everything on schedule. The painting crew was meticulous, efficient, and respectful of my home. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they left the space spotless each day. The final results truly surpassed my expectations, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I was so impressed that I brought TruCare back to paint my kitchen cabinets. Once again, the work was outstanding — the cabinets look fantastic, completely transforming the space and saving me thousands by avoiding a full replacement. If you're looking for a top-quality, client-focused painting company, I highly recommend TruCare Painters. Their commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and customer service is unmatched.

I had an overall good experience with TruCare. I was interested in having the interior of my new-to-me house repainted. TruCare was recommended by my house inspector. They were quick to respond when I contacted them, gave me options, and gave me a good price for the job. They were able to start right away and finish the job in 3 days (with just one painter). They kept me updated throughout the job. The job was well-done and my house was always left clean. TruCare helped make my move-in experience a happy one.

Cheryl Casey
Rich was very responsive and knowledgeable. He came out right away to give us a quote to repair and repaint our garage. His team came out days later and did an amazing job! They also cleaned up very well at the end. Will definitely hire them again in the future and I highly recommend!

I was recommended to use Rich by a neighbor. I had a small job to fix staining in the ceiling of the garage from a water leak. I didn’t think anyone would want the work cause it was so small. Rich immediately said “I got you” and didn’t matter how small the job was. He sent Jose over who was so friendly and professional, and he got the job done right! The stain is gone, the color matches (I did not have existing paint) and I’m a happy customer. Jose was also very clean about the work area, put a plastic drop cloth down and even taped it up to the wall to cover shelving and other items in the garage. It looks like he was never there which is great attention to detail. Highly recommend Rich and his team for paint work, very high attention to detail even for the smallest of jobs. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Rich and TruCare Painters enough! We recently hired them to paint my mom and dad's house to get it ready for the market following their passing. With so much on our plate, Rich and his crew were an absolute blessing. Despite living 500 miles away in DC, their responsiveness and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When we finally got to the house, we noticed a few minor, very fixable issues – the trim near a window wasn't cut in properly, a couple of drips, and a bit of paint in the garbage disposal. Rich and his team immediately addressed all our concerns. They came out right away and made everything look perfect, relieving so much of our stress. Their dedication and amazing work ethic truly stand out. The paint job looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Rich and his team are incredible to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of painting services. They took a huge load off our shoulders during a difficult time and delivered exceptional results. 15/10 recommend working with Rich and TruCare Painters on your next project!

Rich and TruCare Painters performed a wonderful painting transformation of our new home’s interior in Simpsonville, SC. Rich was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to—he took our color ideas and offered suggestions that ended up looking even better than we imagined. He was very up front about cost and timing and kept us updated with any changes along the way. He walked us through different ways to cut costs, explaining the pros and cons of each option, and we never felt pressured to choose the most expensive route. Rich had a true understanding of how to balance our budget with the quality we wanted, and the result is a home we’ll love for years to come. I would highly recommend TruCare Painters.

We had an outstanding experience with Rich- from our quote to execution and completion, and it was a long, long road! Our home’s closing was very delayed but Rich stayed in touch and patient with the unforeseen holdups. He was solutions driven and communicative at every step. Jose and his crew did beautiful work. They painted everything from ceiling to baseboards, kitchen cabinets and doors. We could not be more pleased with the product! We'd recommend TruCare to anyone looking for a high quality paint job in their home, no doubt!

Rich the owner was awesome to work with. He was professional and easy to talk to and accommodating to our schedule with our move. The price he gave us was without a doubt more than reasonable. The quality of work hands down top notch. They were clean and trustworthy. They would let us know when they would be there and leaving so we could lock our home up. Wonderful experience with Rich and his team! Popcorn removal, full interior painting, wall paper removal....I feel like I have a new house! They completed my whole house in a very short amount of time and with expertise. Afterward, Rich came through to do a walk through and found items I had not noticed he wanted corrected. He had his team out the next day to get everything perfect. I had such a great experience, I plan to use them again on deck repair, sanding and staining as soon as I can. I recommend this company highly and with no hesitation.

We recently hired TruCare Painters to do our home in Simpsonville SC. Rich arrived at the time he said he would. He provided a very detailed estimate with a price that didn't break the bank. He showed up every day at the indicated time and finished the job as predicated. He was also great at protecting the things in our home. Floors were always covered. doorway coverage so the whole house didn't fill up with dust from sanding and the clean up job was fantastic as well. I will always keep this number handy. Couldn't be happier.... :)
